About Bepi Tosolini
Named after Giuseppe Tosolini, a local Friuili man, Bepi Tosolini was founded shortly after WW2, where at the time, grappa was a less luxurious drink and was made from the leftover waste of winemaking. Brought up with local wine making and distilling traditions, Bepi sought to revolutionise grappa as it was known and produce a high-quality drink that could be enjoyed by everyone. He aged his product in Ashwood vats rather than oak caskets which produced a clearer coloured liquid, and by the 1950s he had built his own distillery in Udine becoming the biggest in Italy. The legacy has been passed down the generations and has maintained its authenticity and purity.
