About Amiot Servelle

Amiot Servelle history begins with the establishment of the domain Clement Tachot in the village of Chambolle/Musigny, Bourgogne, France in 1920. Eventually his son took charge of the estate and the domain operated under the name Servelle /Tachot until the torch was passed down to his daughter and her husband Christian Amiot of the Morey St. Denis family of Pierre Amiot. The next generation was the arrival of Christian s daughter Prune Amiot who is now the principal winemaker. Amiot Servelle is a small sought after winery with great vineyards and very limited availability and is a domain that has found its groove, located its charme in recent vintages and given their enviable holdings that also include Chambolle Amoureuses, Clos SaintDenis and Charmes Chambertin: inevitably there is going to be great wine pouring out of this address. At all stages, from certified organic farming of the bottling, producing great wines. Wines leaning towards more black fruits than red and are typically benefited by additional cellar aging.
