The estate covers 22 hectares of vineyards, primarily planted with the region’s emblematic grape, Jacquère, which thrives on the unique terroir of Apremont. The soils, composed of clay-limestone and glacial moraine, are the result of a dramatic landslide from Mont Granier in 1248, giving the wines their distinct mineral character. Domaine Molin also cultivates other local varieties such as Roussette, Mondeuse, Gamay, and Pinot Noir, offering a diverse range of wines that reflect the richness of Savoie’s viticultural landscape.
