About Bellotti
Cascina delgli Ulivi was run by Stefano Belloti until 2018, where it was passed down to his daughter Ilaria. They continue to uphold Belloti s philosophy of wine-making of using biodynamic methods and producing natural wines with no oenological additives. Located in Piedmont, northwestern Italy, what is unique about Bellotti is his approach of nature taking the lead and adjusting their vinification methods according to the type of grape produced. With 22 hectares of vineyard, and 100,000 bottles produced per year, Belloti makes wine without the addition of sulphites, displaying the care taken to produce only the best grapes as this would not be possible with common grapes, rather the fruit must have strong root apparatus. The methods used by Belloti wines is not only sustainable but enriches the soil producing unique and quality wines.
