Its quality is already endorsed by the critics and the prizes awarded. In just a handful of vintages, the wine El Paraguas Atl ntico has twice received the award for Best Wine in Spain in the White category, awarded by the Spanish Association of Wine Journalists and Writers (AEPEV), in May 2013 and in April 2017. The flagship white of the Galician firm also boasts of having been decorated as the Best Wine of Spain participated by the Treixadura variety, according to the 2013 Wine Week Guide; of having been included in the Honor Roll of the Gourmet Wine Guide on three occasions (2016, 2017 and 2018) or, among others, having been recognized as White of the Month in numbers 313 and 354 of Sobremesa, a prestigious publication in gastronomic information in Spain. As for the Fai un Sol de Carallo and La Sombrilla wines, they have not gone unnoticed by the most influential agents in world wine. The 93 points in number 216 of The Wine Advocate, directed by Robert Parker, who received the first vintage of the Fai un Sol de Carallo wine , represented the highest rating for a Galician white from the 2013 vintage in the most influential publication in the international wine world.
