Covering approximately 7 hectares, the domaine’s holdings include some of the finest parcels in Monthelie, as well as select plots in the neighboring appellations of Rully and Beaune. The vineyards are predominantly planted to Pinot Noir, with a smaller portion dedicated to Chardonnay, reflecting the classic varietal makeup of the Côte de Beaune.
Eric de Suremain has been a committed practitioner of organic and biodynamic viticulture since 1996, long before these methods were widely adopted in Burgundy.
