Ordering
1. We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.
2. In the event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or another arrangement for the completion of your order.
3. The placing of an order anywhere on our website does not constitute a contract, which is made only when we accept your order and process payment.
4. We reserve the right not to accept any order.
5. All goods are offered subject to availability.
Delivery
1. For orders of all items the delivery window will be confirmed during the checkout process. We will do everything we can to meet this timeframe however we accept no liability for goods which fail to arrive within this window due to circumstances which we consider to be beyond our control.
2. For deliveries in UK we use LCB. The Delivery costs are highlighted at the end of the check-out process. This courier will only attempt to deliver items three times after which they will be returned to LCB. In this instance or if items are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address given by you, we reserve the right to pass on the cost of redelivery.
3. Transit times vary depending on service & destination, delivery times vary depending on location.
4. Any local excise duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any other additional charges levied by local customs. Your local customs authority may require specific paperwork, certificates or other documentation to allow for clearance of the goods. The preparation/procurement of the paperwork is solely the responsibility of the customer. Any delays relating to the actions of local customs offices will not be the responsibility of Lady Wine.
5. In regards to old vintages, there may postentially be leaking issues due to the delivery.
6. Any cost related to the handling of the return of the goods opposed by the carrier will be the responsibility of the customer in case of lack of provision of necessary documents for customs clearance
Prices
1. All prices listed on this site can be inclusive of UK VAT or in BOND
2. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur & goods may be mis-priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you & ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
3. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods at our discretion at any time before we accept your order. Where an end date is specified on any offer on the website, it is intended as a guide only, Lady Wine reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Returns
1. All anomalies must be communicated within 7 days from the date of delivery
2. You have 14 days after delivery for cancellation and we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the goods back, the return cost will be at your expense, we can organize the pickup for you
3. We will provide a full refund or replacement for any wines that are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
4. We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us. We will arrange this as necessary at your convenience.

Complaints
1. In the event of complaint please email [email protected] giving as much detail as you can. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and you can expect a full resolution of your complaint within a further 72 hours. You will be kept informed if there is any delay beyond this. Each complaint will be treated as confidential and will be attended to by a senior manager.
Crime prevention
1. For the purposes of the prevention or detection of offences, and/or the apprehension or prosecution of offenders, we may share any information that we collect with the Police, other public or private sector agencies or representative bodies in accordance with the relevant legislation. Information shared in this way will not be used for marketing purposes.
Reviews, Comments and Content
1. Users of this website may post reviews, comments and other content. This right is extended on condition that the content is not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties, or objectionable. Specifically, content should not include software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters or mass mailings.
2. You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any content.
3. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to remove or edit any content.
4. If you post content or submit material, unless indicated otherwise you:
  - Lady Wine & its affiliated companies a non-exclusive, royalty-free & fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, publish, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, create derivative works from & display such content throughout the world in any media.
  - Lady Wine & its affiliates & sub-licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose.
  - Agree that the rights you grant above are irrevocable during the period of protection of your intellectual property rights associated with such content & material. You agree to waive your right to be identified as the author of such content & your right to object to derogatory treatment of such content.
  - You represent & warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that, as at the date that the content or material is submitted to Lady Wine, the content & material is accurate; use of the content and material you supply does not breach any Lady Wine policies or guidelines and will not cause injury to any person or entity (including that the content or material is not defamatory). You agree to indemnify Lady Wine & its affiliates for all claims brought by a third party against Lady Wine or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these warranties.

3. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
Alcohol Wholesaler Registration Scheme
1. Lady Wine unique registration number for the above scheme is 09153495. Lady Wine is authorised to carry out the wholesale of alcohol in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979, section 88C (1) and regulations made under section 88E.
