Produttori del Barbaresco is a cooperative winery located in the village of Barbaresco, in the heart of the Langhe region of Piedmont, Italy. Established in 1958, the winery was founded by nineteen local growers who united to preserve their vineyards and promote the Nebbiolo grape, the cornerstone of Barbaresco wine. Today, the cooperative comprises over fifty members, each contributing grapes from some of the most prestigious vineyards in the Barbaresco DOCG area. Their collective vineyards span more than 100 hectares, covering many of the region’s most celebrated crus, such as Asili, Rabajà, Montestefano, and Pora.

Produttori del Barbaresco has built its reputation on the strength and consistency of its Barbaresco wines, which are produced exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes. The cooperative’s approach emphasizes traditional winemaking techniques: extended maceration, aging in large Slovenian oak casks, and minimal intervention in the cellar. Beyond Barbaresco, the cooperative produces Langhe Nebbiolo, a youthful and approachable red made from younger vines, as well as small quantities of Barbera and Dolcetto. However, the focus remains firmly on Barbaresco and the Nebbiolo grape.
