Our story is so intensely linked to the silent teachings of the changing of the seasons and the aromas of the most precious grapes that it was natural to think of wine. We started to produce wine in small quantities but with the same philosophy as always: applying passion, expertise, and care. Our Prosecco DOCG created using the Charmat method was made to accompany the blossoming of a friendship, to get to know one another in the happier moments of life. Particular attention is paid to the coupage which enables us to identify the right cuvee every year. The sparkling wine process is performed using the Charmat method, which is perfect for Prosecco. CA' Bertaldo Prosecco Extra Dry: Created from grapes originating from the prestigious D.O.C.G. Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco zone. Aroma: refined, with a typical hint of apple, ripe fruit, and wisteria flowers. Flavour: pleasantly fruity, characteristic; Perlage: extremely refined and lingering. Food-pairing: it is the aperitif par excellence, suited to a light buffet or to start an important lunch. It matches fine with all types of snacks, both sweet and savoury. CA' BERTALDO BRUT: Created from grapes originating from the prestigious D.O.C.G. Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco zone. Aroma: delicate, rich in scents of acacia flowers and wisteria; Flavour: dry, with hints of citrus fruit, fresh vegetables, and a light final tone of bread; Perlage: intense and refined. Food-pairing: it goes really well with appetizers and fish dishes, but it is also suited to be consumed for the entire meal.
