Tenuta di Nozzole is a historic wine estate located in the heart of Tuscany’s Chianti Classico region, near the village of Greve in Chianti. The estate traces its origins back to the 1300s, making it one of the oldest wine-producing properties in the area. Today, it is owned and managed by the Folonari family, who acquired the property in 1971 and have since dedicated themselves to blending tradition with innovation in both viticulture and winemaking.
The estate spans over 385 hectares, of which around 90 hectares are planted with vines, predominantly Sangiovese, the signature grape of Chianti Classico.
